Abstract: Wulong， under the jurisdiction of Chongqing， is rich in tourism resources. Wulong karst tourism area is a national 5A tourist attraction and the first world natural heritage in Chongqing. Wulong has been selected as one of the first national allarea tourism demonstration zones in 2019， with huge tourism development potential.With the advent of the era of mass tourism， Wulong urgently needs to develop the tourism track to improve its competitiveness. In this paper， the urban layout， traffic development， resource distribution and other conditions of Wulong were sorted out. Combined with the tourism development trend of Wulong in recent years， the tourist flow of Wulong was predicted. Based on the forecast results of passenger flow， the layout plan of tourist line network was proposed， which provided reference for the layout of tourist line network of other cities.
