Abstract: The proposal of “belt and road ” and “16+1” ushered in a new development opportunity for the bilateral trade cooperation between Chongqing and central and east European countries. Under the background of “belt and road” and “great opening up” in west China, how to further expand the degree of opening to the outside world and improve the visibility and influence of Chongqing is an important issue in the economic development of Chongqing. With the deepening of cooperation between China and central and east European countries, Chongqing should seek new opportunities for international cooperation. By introducing the necessity and feasibility of industrial cooperation between Chongqing and central and east European countries, this paper analyzes the main problems faced by industrial cooperation between the two sides, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the deepening cooperation between Chongqing and central and east European countries.
