Abstract: The customized passenger transport digital infrastructure construction service in Chongqing is an effective means to give full play to the comparative advantages of road passenger transport and further improve the overall service efficiency of comprehensive transport, and is the only way to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of road passenger transport under the reality of the passenger transport market becoming saturated. This paper systematically combs the current situation of the construction and development of customized passenger transport digital infrastructure in Chongqing, deeply analyzes the problems existing in the construction of customized passenger transport digital infrastructure in Chongqing, and puts forward strategies for the construction and development of customized passenger transport digital infrastructure in Chongqing. The development strategy is guided by the travel needs of the masses, making “people follow stations” become “stations follow people”, improving the efficiency and development quality of highway passenger transport service, and reshaping the peopleoriented, convenient and intelligent passenger transport service mechanism.
