Abstract: The great call of the “three musts” put forward by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is the political declaration of the Communist Party of China on its new journey to comprehensively build a modern socialist country. Comparing the “change” and “no change” of the core logic of “three musts” and “two musts” has important theoretical and practical significance for the new journey of the second centenary goal. In the new development stage, the “change” of the core logic of the “three musts” is mainly the “change” of external direction, practical field and practical needs, that is, the change of struggle mentality, struggle environment and struggle goal. The “no change” of the core logic of the “three musts” is mainly the “invariance” of the fundamental premise, political stance, and ideal original intention, that is, the sobriety and political determination of the big party, the position and guiding ideology of the people, the original intention of the century and the mission of the times. At the same time, the relationship between “change” and “no change” is dialectical unity between phenomenon and essence, subjective and objective, reality and ideal.
