Abstract: Aviation logistics is an important part of building a powerful civil aviation country. With the increasing uncertainty in the world， aviation logistics has increasingly become an important carrier of highend industrial chain， efficient supply chain and advanced value chain. Airport takeoff and landing sorties and cargo and mail throughput are the key factors affecting the highquality development of aviation logistics industry. Why do airport takeoff and landing sorties affect cargo and mail throughput Which of these factors play a mediating and regulating role Bootstrap moderated mediation model was used to explore it. The results show that: the number of takeoff and landing sorties has a significant positive effect on the cargo and mail throughput of the airport; taking off and landing sorties indirectly improve the cargo and mail throughput of airport through the intermediary role of seasonal flight volume. The area of airport cargo station has a significant regulating effect on the mediating effect of flight volume during the season. Therefore， it is necessary to build firstclass air logistics facilities， improve the air logistics route network system， speed up the resumption of air logistics services such as flights that have been stalled due to the complexity of the environment， improve the service level of the air logistics industry， help the aviation supply chain to extend the chain and strengthen the chain， and promote the construction of China’s civil aviation and logistics power.
