Abstract: The great partybuilding spirit is a valuable spiritual treasure of the Chinese civilization and human civilization. To Chinese civilization， the great partybuilding spirit is the spiritual declaration of the Chinese nation from being passive to being active， the genetic code of the worlds centuryold party， and the spiritual impetus for building the modern civilization of the Chinese nation; to world civilization， the great partybuilding spirit is the spiritual wealth of the community of human destiny， the spiritual code of the common values of all mankind， and the spiritual high ground of the new form of human civilization. Chinese discourse is the ideological expression and value presentation of the international dissemination of the great partybuilding spirit， and it is necessary to construct the Chinese discourse of the great partybuilding spirit in terms of discourse source， discourse condensation， discourse dimension， discourse translation and other aspects.
