摘要： 通过对大连医科大学2050名学生进行学生组织建设的学生满意度调查，了解高校学生工作者、学生组织及自我教育的学生满意度现状，针对存在的问题给予相应的建议和意见。

Abstract: Through the investigation of the students satisfaction survey of 2050 students in Dalian Medical University, we know well about the present situation of student workers, students organization and self education of students in colleges and universities.And we give some advice and suggestions to the problems existed.
