摘要： 深入剖析国内出租车行业的管理模式，并结合各方面的客观条件和制度机制建设要求，提出了未来出租车行业管理改革发展的突破口，以及按三个阶段分步骤推进的改革路线图。

Abstract: A deep analysis of taxi industry modes in China is performed. The breakthroughs in taxi industry reforms and three phase step by step roadmap for advancing reforms were proposed considering all aspects of objective conditions and institutional mechanism requirements.
