摘要: 习近平总书记在党的十八届五中全会上提出“创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享”的发展理念,体现出目标导向与问题导向相统一的战略思维和解放思想、实事求是的哲学思维,对高校思想政治理论课的建设具有引领作用。创新是思政课建设的必然要求;协调是思政课建设的方法保障;绿色是思政课教育功能再认识的需要;开放是思政课建设的必由之路;共享是思政课建设良性循环的触发器。

Abstract: The general secretary XI Jinping advanced the “Five Development Concepts”(innovation, harmony, green, openness, sharing) on the Communist Party of Chinas 18th Central Committee. It demonstrates a strategic thinking that is both goal oriented and problem oriented. It is a philosophy that frees mind and seeks truth, which provides guidance to the development of the college ideological and political theory course. ‘Innovation’ is a mandatory request in developing the course; ‘Harmony’ is the guarantee of the teaching method; ‘Green’ requires the recognition of the courses function ; ‘Openness’ is the only path to the success in the course development; and ‘Sharing’ is the trigger to a virtuous cycle in the process of the course development.
