摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在双渠道供应链中研究制造商和零售商之间的定价策略与协调问题。比较分析集中决策和分散决策情形下制造商与零售商的决策策略；探讨网络渠道分销效率对各均衡解的影响；通过改进后的收益共享契约分析供应链协调问题；通过算例验证改进后的收益共享契约可以实现双渠道供应链的协调，且制造商和零售商均能够实现帕累托改进。

Abstract: In the dual channel supply chain, the pricing strategy and the coordination between manufacturers and retailers are studied. First of all, the centralized decisionmaking and decentralized decisionmaking situation decision strategy of manufacturers and retailers are comparatively studied. Secondly, the efficiency of network channel distribution effect on the equilibrium solution is discussed. Then, the improved revenue sharing contract supply chain coordination problem is analyzed. Finally, a numerical example verifies that the improved revenue sharing contract can achieve the double channel of the supply chain coordination, and manufacturers and retailers are able to realize the Pareto improvement.
