摘要: 中国民航局“十三五”规划明确提出民航行业要更好满足广大人民群众需求、大力推进大众化战略。根据国内外民航行业大众化发展的现状,分析我国民航大众化后出现的典型问题,结合国内行业政策与市场的具体情况,提出通过新行业政策、新商业模式、新技术手段的三新建议,为民航在我国综合交通一体化发展中补齐短板、更好地拓展发展空间提供助力。

关键词: 民航行业, 大众化, 精英群体, 普通消费者

Abstract: The 13th FiveYear Plan of the Civil Aviation Administration of China clearly stated that the civil aviation industry should better meet the needs of the masses and vigorously promote the popularization strategy. Based on the current situation of the popularization of the civil aviation industry at home and abroad, the typical problems that arise after the popularization of civil aviation in China are analyzed. Based on the specific policies of the industry policy and the market, three new proposals are given through new operating entities, new industry policies, and new technical means to provide assistance for civil aviation to fill shortcomings and better expand development space in the development of integrated transportation integration in China.
