摘要： 从LexisNexis数据库中提取《纽约时报》对中国新冠肺炎疫情的英文报道，自建中国新冠肺炎疫情新闻语料库，对文本进行主题词、搭配以及检索行分析，从实证角度揭示《纽约时报》涉华新冠肺炎疫情报道的话语表征，以及这些表征所反映的意识形态。研究发现，《纽约时报》对中国新冠肺炎疫情表现出较大的关注，进行了及时、不间断、多方面的报道，关注疫情以及疫情带来的影响，但对中国政府仍持有偏见和负面态度，并无端指责中国政府。

Abstract: This paper extracts the New York Times reports on COVID19 epidemic in China from the Lexis Nexis database, and builds News Corpus of COVID19 epidemic in China. Through the analysis of subject words, collocation and retrieval lines, this paper reveals the discourse representation of the New York Times reports on the epidemic situation in China and the ideology reflected by these representations. The study finds that the New York Times shows great concern about COVID19 epidemic in China, and reports on it in a timely, continuous and multifaceted manner, focusing on the epidemic itself and its impact, but it still holds a biased and negative attitude towards the Chinese government and makes groundless accusations.
