The Effect of Online Travel Community Involvement on Group Cohesion

摘要: 在线旅游社区群体凝聚力是保证社区良好发展和高效运作的关键因素。以在线旅游社区为对象,将社区认同和社会惰化作为中介变量,构建社区卷入度作用于群体凝聚力的理论模型。采用问卷调查法,实证研究发现:社区卷入度对社区认同有积极影响,社区认同对社会惰化有负向影响,社区认同和社会惰化分别积极、消极作用于群体凝聚力。该结论对在线旅游社区群体凝聚力的提升有重要的实践启示。

Abstract: The group cohesion of online travel community is a key factor to ensure the well development and efficient operation of the community. This paper takes online travel community as the object, considering community identification and social loafing as mediating factors to construct a theoretical model of community involvement act on group cohesion. A questionnaire survey was conducted and the empirical analysis results show that community involvement has a positive impact on community identification; community identification has a negative impact on social loafing; community identification and social loafing have positive and negative effects on group cohesion, respectively, which provides new insights for managers to enhance community group cohesion.
