Abstract: To deeply understand the generative logic and value of political civilization from the perspective of Chinese modernization， it is necessary to grasp the theoretical core of this concept comprehensively and accurately， and demonstrate the possibility， reality， development and openness of political civilization. The analysis of political civilizationcan is examined from the dialectical perspective of three dimensions： grasp the “origin” of political civilization from the theoretical tracing and formation of the context， examine the “origin” of political civilization from the scientific connotation and core meaning， and explore the “purpose” of political civilization from the value implication and civilization transcendence.
