摘要: 从慈善捐赠的中介效应视阈,以我国2011—2021年沪深A股上市公司为研究样本,剖析高管团队特征与公司价值之间的作用机理。研究发现,高管团队女性高管比例、学历水平、金融背景、职称背景与公司价值和慈善捐赠均显著相关,且公司慈善捐赠在高管团队特征与公司价值之间存在部分中介效应。进一步区分公司性质,发现与非国有公司相比,国有公司存在显著差异。

Abstract: From the perspective of the mediating effect of charitable donations, we take Ashare listed companies in Chinas Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets from 2011 to 2021 as the research sample, and analyse the mechanism between the characteristics of the executive team and the value of the company. The study finds that the proportion of female executives, education level, financial background, and title background of the executive team are significantly related to company value and charitable donations. Meanwhile, there is a partial mediating effect of charitable donations between executive team characteristics and firm value. Further distinguishing the nature of the company as stateowned and nonstateowned, it is found that there is a significant difference between stateowned companies compared to nonstateowned companies.
