高校师徒制知识转移影响因素实证分析

Abstract: Mentoring model is an effective approach for transferring tacit knowledge in universities. Generic factors that influence knowledge transfer are discussed. Then Analytic Hierarchy Process and Delphi Method are used to construct a hierarchical structure model to abstract the factors that influence knowledge transfer within a university in Jiangsu Province and Weighted Ranking Method is used to analyze these factors. The results shed light on how to improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer between mentors and students in universities.

摘要: “师徒模式”是高校隐性知识转移最为有效的途径。在深入分析知识转移影响因素基础上,运用层次分析法并结合德尔菲技术问卷调查专家意见,构建江苏省某高校师徒间知识转移影响因素的成对比较矩阵,通过权重排序分析师徒间知识转移的影响因素,为提高高校师徒间知识转移效率提供依据。
