基于工学结合的教材质量测量维度开发与实证研究 ——以高职酒店管理专业为例

Abstract: Teaching materials quality evaluation is not only the standard to evaluate the textbook quality, but also affects the teaching objectives. Based on the existing literature and individual indepth interview, the initial scale on teaching quality was constructed. 23 measurement indexes were confirmed by presurvey. 632 survey questionnaires were collected, 300 of which were conducted by exploratory factor analysis and 332 by confirmatory factor analysis. The results showed that the measurement indexes about the quality of textbook could be summed up 4 dimensions and the questionnaire could reflect the quality of textbook.

摘要: 教材质量评价不仅是评价教材质量的标准,而且关系教学的效果。在现有研究文献基础上,开展个人访谈,构建了教材质量评价指标初始量表,经过预调查,最终确定23个测试指标。以高职酒店管理专业学生为调查对象,收集了632份调查问卷,对其中300份试卷进行探索性因子分析,将教材质量评价指标归为四个维度;并对剩余的332份问卷做验证性因素分析,实证结果表明量表可以有效地测量教材的质量。
