以人为本视域下高校管理的策略研究

Abstract: Currently, college administration is facing dilemma such as gradual decline of supporting reliability, relative lag of management mode and weak compatibility of management concept. In order to resolve these dilemmas, we have to promote the peopleoriented management strategy: establishment of the peopleoriented management concept; promotion of the college internal modern administration; creation of the humanized college management mode; development of the humancentered campus culture.

摘要: 当前,高校管理面临支持信度逐步滑坡、管理方式相对滞后、管理理念匹配性差等困境。高校管理要破解此困境,应推行以人为本的管理策略,主要从四个方面着手:一是确立“以人为本”的高校管理理念;二是推进高校内部治理现代化;三是创建富有人性化的高校管理模式;四是建设崇尚人本的高校校园文化。
