Abstract: Along with the rapid development of new media being given priority to with weibo, network public opinion through new media has been widely spread. The influence of western cultural ideological trend and the spread of the negative effort of public opinion in the microblogging platform, to a certain extent, affected the Marxist leading position in the field of ideology. Therefore, government departments should actively pay attention to the use of new media and guidance to improve the legal system of network public opinion management, to strengthen the management of network public opinion, law enforcement and supervision on the rule of law.

摘要: 随着以微博为主的新媒体迅速发展,网络舆论通过新媒体得到了广泛传播。西方文化思潮涌入后,产生负面效应的舆论在微博平台传播,一定程度上影响了马克思主义在意识形态领域的主导地位。为此,政府部门应该积极主动重视新媒体的运用和引导,健全网络舆论管理的法律制度,加强网络舆论管理的执法力度和法治监督。
