Abstract: Fujian is an important area of the ancient maritime silk road, the opening of the maritime silk road and popular, which makes Fujian a field of open vision, the spirit of the sea, and package and the mentality of capacity and Fujian Chinese workers all over the world. These factors become the important force of the change in Fujian culture. When history advances to a special moment, in the face of grave national disaster, Fujian bravely undertakes the important task of history, consciously becomes the impact point between Chinese and western culture of modern China. And the ship administration school is the national selfhelp banner. Its cultivated talents directly lead to the modern transformation of Chinese modern society.It can be said that the maritime silk route improves the historic impact of Fujian in modern Chinese and western culture.

摘要： 福建是古代海上丝绸之路的重要区域，海上丝绸之路的开通与盛行，留给福建的是开放的视野、海洋的精神、兼包并容的心态以及遍布世界的福建华工，这些因子成为福建文化嬗变的重要力量。当历史推进到某一特殊时刻，面对深重的民族灾难，福建勇敢地承担起历史重任，自觉成为中国近代中西文化的撞击点。船政学堂是民族自救的一面旗帜，其培养出来的人才直接引领了中国近代社会的现代化转型。可以说，海上丝绸之路铸就了福建近代中西文化的历史性撞击。
