Abstract: In the longterm practice of revolution and construction, the first generation of collective leadership of the Communist party of China made the development of transportation to a strategic height, and gave full play to the transportation in seizing power, developing economy, prospering our culture, promoting social harmony and progress, defending national sovereignty, maintaining national unity and promoting new Chinas diplomatic work and so on. Under the new historical conditions, the CCP central committee with XI Jinping as general secretary has been inheriting and developing the idea further.

摘要： 中国共产党第一代领导集体在长期的革命和建设实践中把发展交通提到战略高度，充分发挥交通在赢得革命战争胜利、发展经济文化、促进社会进步、维护国家主权、保障边疆稳定、促进民族团结和推进新中国外事工作等方面的特殊作用，形成了富有特色的交通建设思想。在新的历史条件下，以习近平为总书记的党中央进一步丰富和发展了这些思想。
