Abstract: As China has entered into a new period, the position of internet discourse power becomes increasingly important and so does its role. It exerts an influence on Chinas cultural security, social stability, sustained economic growth. However, at the same time, the spread of historical nihilism on the Internet affects the formation of the values and the outlook on history. And it has a great negative impact on Chinese traditional culture, cultural security and mainstream ideology.Several measures were put forward in terms of national cultural security, legal regulation of the Internet, the elevation of Internet positive energy.

摘要： 随着中国进入新时期，网络话语权的地位和作用越来越重要，它影响着国家的文化安全、社会稳定进步、经济持续增长；同时，历史虚无主义思潮在网络上的传播影响着人们价值观和历史观的形成，对我国传统文化、文化安全和主流意识形态造成了巨大的冲击。为此，需从维护国家文化安全、网络法治治理、提升网络正能量等方面采取对策。
