Abstract: With the dualistic structure in urban and rural areas increasingly solidified in 1980, the novel Life and The Ordinary World by LU Yao reveal a social problem for ushow to enter the city. However, it should be noted that the motivation, the way into the city and the result are different for two heroes GAO Jialin and SUN Shaoping. While the former shows the wandering and suffering of LU Yao between the rural ethics and the modern civilization, the latter is the last imagination of the writer after the failure of the “labor aesthetics” in the practice of socialist agricultural cooperation.

摘要： 在新时期城乡二元结构日益固化之际，路遥的小说《人生》与《平凡的世界》为我们揭示了一个社会性难题——如何进城。这两部小说的主人公高加林与孙少平在1980年代的进城动机、进城方式、进城结局迥然不同，前者的进城流露出路遥在乡村伦理和现代文明之间的徘徊与痛苦，后者的进城是路遥在“劳动美学”于社会主义农业合作化实践宣告失败后的最后一次想象。
