Abstract: A logarithmic linear regression model was constructed, and four types of hotels: economy, comfort, top grade and luxury were taken as the research object, and the influences of twelve kinds of online information of hotel reservation products are studied. The results show that (1) environment, price, influence on the number of Q & A luxury hotel is significant; the effect of the environment, services and facilities for high-grade hotel service, price, location is significant; and there is significant effect on comfort rating hotel, consumer recommended ratio, environment, facilities, hotel number, Q & A bad influence on economy hotel;(2) the hotel has a great influence on the hotel with a comfortable location, but it has no obvious influence on the luxury, top grade and economy hotel.

摘要: 通过构建对数线性回归模型,以经济型、舒适型、高档型、豪华型4种类型酒店为研究对象,分析12类在线信息对饭店预订产品的影响。研究结果表明:环境、价格、酒店问答数量对豪华型酒店影响显著,环境、服务、设施对高档型酒店影响显著,服务、价格、位置以及差评对舒适型酒店影响显著,消费者推荐率、环境、设施、酒店问答数量、差评对经济型酒店影响显著;酒店位置对舒适型酒店影响显著,对豪华型、高档型、经济型酒店影响不显著。
