The theoretical research on the awareness education of Party conduct and clean government in the new era is the basic requirement for the strict administration of the Party in an allround way, to meet the need for guiding the practice of the awareness education of Party conduct andclean government in the new era, and to reach the perfection and optimization of the Partys ideological and political education theory. At present, there are many problems in the awareness education of Party conduct andclean government, such as more experience exchanges, less theoretical analysis, more questions raised, fewer countermeasures, more practitioners, fewer experts and scholars, more reports and comments on the form of results, fewer works and papers, more newspapers and magazines and less monographs as carriers of achievements. In order to do a good job in theoretical research on the awareness education of Party conduct and clean government in the new era, the paper holds that it is of great significance to create an excellent theoretical research ecological environment, create complete external conditions, cultivate professional talents, build a research team with multidisciplinary knowledge background, and identify research directions and priorities.

At present, the research on the intrarule of political party focuses on the basic issues of intrarule, such as concepts and characters, the system of intrarule, the construction of intrarule and the relationships between intrarule and state law. The intrarule of political party has successfully transformed from a political discourse to academic concepts. However, there still have many problems on the research of intrarule of political party, such as the research field is limited to the legal field, the research contents need to be expanded to include more and the research methods are not diverse. In the future, the research on intrarule of political party should be conduct from the following aspects: expanding the research horizon to construct the theoretical system of the intrarule of political party; paying more attention to the intrarule of foreign political parties toenrich the research content; and using comparative research methods to make the research more meaningful，thus to deep the research on intrarule of political party.

In Qing Dynasty there were a lot of note law schools. Legal verse is one of the most simple and practical, especially to understand, with concise and comprehensive style.Compared with those in previous dynasties, the legal verse of Qing Dynasty, in terms of quantity or quality was a breakthrough with remarkable achievements. The legal verse generalized the complicated law articles into easy ones for the fresh local officials to quickly grasp the essentials of the statutes in a short time. The popularization of legal knowledge in the folk also played a certain role.To study the legal verse in Qing Dynasty is not only helpful to understand the traditional Chinese annotation method,but also plays an important role in exploring the operation mechanism of the local judicature in Qing Dynasty and the local civil affairs model.

Nowadays, the documentary production is branded with the distinctive characteristics of consumer culture, which presents the features of design story, customized content, category crossing, type mixing, documentary concept generalization, etc. Consumption mode is mainly represented by fan economy and symbol consumption. The development of documentary industry has been accelerated by various investment and financing methods such as venture capital crowd funding. The form and connotation of documentary products have also undergone corresponding changes, such as light weight, immersion of senses, seduction and persuasion of hedonic desire. Ramanujan who lived in the late 19th and early 20th century was one of the most famous mathematicians in Indian history. His leap of intuition puzzled even todays mathematicians, and the theorems he discovered were applied to various fields. Hardy, as his teacher and friend, was a famous British mathematician who had a classic collaboration with him in the history of science. Hardy believed that Ramanujan not only learned mathematics, but more importantly discovered and created it. Hardy thought his greatest achievement in mathematics was his discovery of Ramanujan. Ramanujan, with his traditional Indian culture and national mathematical tradition background, came to Cambridge, and then the two mathematicians from totally different cultural backgrounds and beliefs, after going through different opinions until identity, finally achieved academic and spiritual integration under the cultural impact of the east and the west. Through the analysis of this historical academic process, the significance and value of the integration and regression of the eastern and western cultures are discussed.

Modern advertising relies heavily on visual metaphors. As a powerful expression tool, visual metaphor is able to reflect the profound value behind propaganda. Within print advertisement, metaphor can easily attract the attention of audiences and further blend into their consensuses due to its strong persuasiveness. In order to explore the systematic and scientific rules for visual metaphor creation, the influence, method, trick and taboo of metaphor design are analyzed based on visual semiotics. According to several advisable cases, it is proved that the ideas embodied in this paper can be effectively used for visual metaphor development, so as to maximize the propaganda effect of print ads.

Shipping is an important carrier of economic development. The research on shipping demand forecast driven by economic development is an important support for shipping development strategy. By using the measured data analysis and mathematical model research methods, two kinds of shipping demand forecasting models, the trade gravity model and the inputoutput model, are presented. Based on the shipping economic data of Yunnan Province, the results show that both simulation methods can be used, and the average of the two prediction results can be used as the final prediction result. In 2030, the domestic shipping demand of Yunnan Province will reach 10.4 million tons and the international shipping demand will be nearly 2 million tons. It is urgent to upgrade the comprehensive shipping capacity of Yunnan province, and the shipping capacity of neighboring countries or regions needs to be upgraded simultaneously.

The data related to the “Ice Silk Road” region population was collected. Based on the data, the index of population density, age structure and population change were analyzed. The finding is as follows: 1) The number and density of “Ice Silk Road” region population are both extremely on low level. Population aging and loss are both serious; 2) As for Russia, the population situation is significantly different from “Ice Silk Road” regions of other countries; moreover, the natural population growth is the main influencing factor of population redistribution; 3)Among the “Ice Silk Road”, the population distribution characteristics of different regions vary considerably, which indicates “Ice Silk Road” policy should be adapted according to different regions.

Since the implementation of the vehicle evasion pedestrian policy in local cities, car owners and pedestrians have created new derivative problems. From the perspective of innovative social governance, a game model of vehicle avoidance pedestrian policy derivative problem is established based on sociological level. The game results show that the social environment and punishment are important factors affecting the behavior of car owners and pedestrians; pedestrians are in a weak position in the car and the game, the car owners will not actively avoid pedestrians; pedestrian behavior is affected by regulatory factors, but also by their own psychological activities Impact. A logarithmic linear regression model was constructed, and four types of hotels: economy, comfort, top grade and luxury were taken as the research object, and the influences of twelve kinds of online information of hotel reservation products are studied. The results show that (1) environment, price, influence on the number of Q & A luxury hotel is significant; the effect of the environment, services and facilities for high-grade hotel service, price, location is significant; and there is significant effect on comfort rating hotel, consumer recommended ratio, environment, facilities, hotel number, Q & A bad influence on economy hotel；(2) the hotel has a great influence on the hotel with a comfortable location, but it has no obvious influence on the luxury, top grade and economy hotel.

By the comparison on the model aircraft reconnaissance between Germany and Britain air force, the difference of concept is also found in the traditional actuarial evaluation and big data evaluation. Under the limiteddata circumstances, the traditional insurance industry evaluates the risk based on the actuarial measurement, while the new method with big data analysis can make scenario, diversified and customized analysis through the multidimensional data processing, providing more accurate, flexible and costsaving resolution. For the foreseeable future, the insurance industry can combine the advantages of the two models, enlarging the scope of insurance, constructing more robust insurance system and facilitating the benefit and utility for the whole society.

The theme of the thesis is the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry of Fujian. A systematically analytic framework is developed, which is based on the factordriven empirical analysis. Then qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination methods are used to apply such classical and modern methods of econometric as the multiple regression and statistical analysis of history to fully analyze the main factors such as labor, capital, technical elements and policies in depth. Not only the single and combined impact of these factors is analyzed, but also the mechanism of them is studied. The important practical significance lies in providing scientific basis and decision making reference for working out corresponding policies and measures.

China has proposed in its “National Independent Contribution” that carbon dioxide emissions will peak around 2030 and strive to be realized as soon as possible. Based on the energy carbon emissions of Sichuans industrial sector from 2005 to 2015, a regression model is used to analyze in detail the relevant links between selected indicators and the existence of industrial carbon emissions.The factors affecting Sichuans industrial carbon emissions are studied and then the gray prediction software is used. The industrial carbon emissions of Sichuan Province for the next five years are estimated, and measures to reduce industrial carbon emissions in Sichuan Province in terms of environmental regulation, industrial transformation, energy structure, energy efficiency, and policies are proposed.

In The Passion of New Eve, Angela Carter deconstructs maternal myth through building a new mother image. Different from traditional mother image, “Mother” in Carters novel appears to be fantastic and monstrous, which is a subversion towards traditional and fixed female image. She thinks that maternal myth also represses women, just like paternal myth. Feminism usually takes motherhood as the source of female power, which is harmful for women to get away from patriarchal shackles. By blurring gender boundary and fabricating a new mother image, Carter attempts to deconstruct matriarchal myth, in an effort to remove fetters for women.

In these two novels, the tragic image of Oedipus can be traced in the plight that the two main charactersClym and Henchard encountered and the actions they took, and Oedipus early experience in another characterFarfraes journey of success as well. Hardy, following the plot “plight to action”, with the help of the tragic image of Oedipus, which gradually emerges, fulfills the three main men characters and designs the related plots. In such a process, the transition from comedy to tragedy has also been achieved successfully.

The English translation of Chinese expression “yi dai yi lu” has always been a hot topic. Its multiple English versions have led to the validity of its better translation. This paper discusses the validity of English translation of Chinese “yi dai yi lu” in relation to the linguistic popularity and the validity effect of backtranslation. The linguistic popularity can reflect the acceptability of translation, and the testing effect on the reversibility of backtranslation can be reversely testified. “The Belt and Road” is argued as the most suitable English translation through the analysis of the popularity from the linguistic structures of prosody, grammar, wordbuilding and the validity of backtranslation.

As a special form of written style, otherpreface is usually written by an authority in the relevant professional field, which is meant to introduce or comment on the content of the book. This paper selects thirtyfive otherprefaces in Chinese monographs as the corpus, and it firstly analyzes the generic elements which are generally contained in the monographs based on the Generic Structure Potential. However, because of the different relevance degrees of these elements in association to the readers understanding on the book itself, based on the Relevance theory, this paper gets the very relevant elements: field statement, book description, book features, book values and book weakness. The weakly relevant elements are: relationship statement, book author introduction and book author evaluation. The irrelevant elements are: prefacewriting motivation, selfabasement, research anticipation, publication congratulation and book recommendation.
