Abstract: Against the background of the construction of new liberal arts, the advocating of ideological and political education (IAPE)through all curricula ushered in a new era for English teaching. Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of teaching reform of IAPE in the course of “Integrated English”, this paper uses the method of case analysis to discusses the selection or integration of IAPE elements and the practice strategies in teaching. The study found that the implementation of IAPE in “Integrated English” can be carried out from three aspects: the syllabus, the content of textbooks and the quality of teachers. At the same time, this paper proposes three practice strategies in teaching: classroom teaching steps, curriculum evaluation and feedback and extracurricular education.

摘要: 新文科建设背景下,“课程思政”的提出为思想政治教育指出了一条新的道路。运用个案分析法,分析在“基础英语”课程中实施课程思政的必要性和可行性,以“基础英语(四)”为例,探讨“基础英语”与思想政治教育的融入点,提出开展“基础英语”课程思政的具体方法。在“基础英语”中实施课程思政可以从教材大纲、教材内容以及教师素养三个融入点着手。同时,从课堂教学步骤、课程评价与反馈以及第二课堂三个方面分析“基础英语”课程思政实施的有效途径,为高校英语专业“基础英语”课程思政改革提供建设性建议。
