Abstract: Under the background of judicial reform and the construction of “smart court”, the reform of execution procedure has entered a new stage of informatization. However, as far as the current construction of executive justice is concerned, it still needs to be improved. On the one hand, there is the lack of technology utilization in the network era in the reform. On the other hand, there is the lack of the clear target of justice in the process of technology construction and application. Therefore, in the process of judicial reform in the future, we should further strengthen the development and application of relevant technologies, and at the same time, clarify and strengthen the pursuit of justice value in the process of reform, so as to promote the judicial execution to a higher level of justice.

摘要： 在司法改革及“智慧法院”建设的大背景下，我国执行程序的改革进入信息化新阶段。就目前执行公正的建设而言，其依然存在亟须提升之处：一方面是改革中对网络时代的技术利用程度不足；另一方面是在技术建设、运用过程中缺乏对公正的明晰针对性。因此，在未来的司法改革过程中，应当进一步加强对相关技术的开发及运用，同时明确、强化改革过程中的公正价值追求，以此推动我国的执行工作迈上更高的公正之阶。
