Abstract

Abstract: Counselor is an important profession related to talent training. This paper analyzes the quantities of the research papers， cocitation relationships， keywords， and the keywords bursts， explores the research status and development trend in the field of counselors， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.

摘要： 辅导员是事关高校人才培养的重要职业，分析辅导员领域研究文献的发文量、共被引关系、关键词及其突显性，探究辅导员领域的研究现状和发展趋势，提出相应的对策建议。
