Abstract: General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to Chinas transportation industry， proposes to build a strong transportation country， and makes important statements on it， including striving to accelerate the construction of a strong transportation country， making transportation the pioneer of Chinas modernization， realizing the beautiful vision of “people enjoy their travel， goods flow smoothly”， driving highquality development of transportation with innovation， intersecting with the world， and connecting with the times. Its important discourse has distinct strategic significance， significant populism， strong innovation， rigorous systematicity， and farreaching global significance. It can provide theoretical guidance for accelerating the construction of a strong transportation country and action guidelines for the modernization of transportation development， solid guarantees for building satisfactory transportation for the people， and Chinese wisdom and solutions for the development of global transportation.

摘要： 习近平总书记高度重视中国交通事业发展，提出建设交通强国并作出重要论述。主要内容包括奋力加快建设交通强国，交通成为中国现代化的开路先锋，实现“人享其行、物畅其流”的美好愿景，以创新驱动交通运输高质量发展，与世界相交、与时代相通等。其重要论述具有鲜明的战略性、显著的人民性、强烈的创新性、严密的系统性和深远的世界性，能够为加快建设交通强国提供理论指引，为交通现代化发展提供行动指南，为建设人民满意交通提供坚实保障，为世界交通发展提供中国智慧和中国方案。
