Abstract: The effectiveness of border village governance has a direct bearing on the advancement of the rural revitalization strategy as well as the process and level of national governance modernization. Due to the influence of various factors， there has been a certain degree of vacuum in Yunnan border rural areas， which is embodied in the vacuum of population， interpersonal relationship， culture， economy， talents and public servic etc.This poses an important governance problem closely related to the stabilizing， defending， and guarding of border areas. Thus， given the current new situation， it is not only of great theoretical significance but also of great practical value to explore the causes for the vacuum and put forward corresponding governing approaches.

摘要： 边境乡村的治理成效直接关系着乡村振兴战略的推进和国家治理现代化发展的进程与水平。受多重因素影响，云南边境乡村地区出现一定程度的虚空化问题，具体表现为人口、人际关系、文化、经济、人才、公共服务等方面虚空化，这是一个关乎稳边、固边和守边的重要边疆治理问题。在当前新形势下，挖掘云南边境乡村虚空化形成的原因并提出治理路径，不仅具有较强的理论意义，还具有重大的现实价值。
