To deeply understand the generative logic and value of political civilization from the perspective of Chinese modernization, it is necessary to grasp the theoretical core of this concept comprehensively and accurately, and demonstrate the possibility, reality, development and openness of political civilization. The analysis of political civilizationcan is examined from the dialectical perspective of three dimensions: grasp the “origin” of political civilization from the theoretical tracing and formation of the context, examine the “origin” of political civilization from the scientific connotation and core meaning, and explore the “purpose” of political civilization from the value implication and civilization transcendence.

In the era of intelligent media, although algorithmic recommendation technology has improved the accuracy and accuracy of information dissemination has become the main way of information allocation, under the influence of the concept of capital driven profit, algorithmic recommendation technology has used audience value orientation to derive the phenomenon of “filtering bubbles”with information personalization as the main feature.“Filtering bubbles” has created favorable conditions for the dissemination of mainstream ideology to a certain extent, it has also dissipated the dissemination, influence, leadership, and cohesion of mainstream ideology in society, posing challenges for enhancing ones own risk prevention capabilities. To this end, it is necessary to crack the challenges brought by the “filtering bubbles” to mainstream ideology, strengthen the ability of mainstream ideology to control algorithms, improve the media literacy of the public on online platforms, improve the risk prevention mechanism for maintaining mainstream ideology, and build an ideal mainstream ideological environment.

The diversified structure of public governance entities is a fundamental requirement of modern social governance. Society should make reasonable structural arrangements for diverse governance entities, create models of diverse structural relationships, and apply them in practice. The construction of Chinas public governance structure is guided by the values of subject release and diversified governance. By focusing on the construction of multiple subjects in public governance in the new era, the structural relationships between multiple subjects, and the effectiveness of the “one core and multiple elements” structure, we analyze the structure of Chinas “one core and multiple elements” using the communitys multiple subject governance structure as an example, highlighted the new system of coconstruction, cogovernance, and shared social governance, which includes “party committee leadership, government responsibility, democratic consultation, social collaboration, public participation, rule of law protection, and technological support”. This “one core and multiple elements” cogovernance entity structure is a major innovation in the diverse subject of public governance in China in the new era, presenting a diversified “China plan” of governance subject “one core and multiple elements”, with distinct Chinese characteristics and profound impact on the governance practice of Chinese society.

From Article 132 of the General Principles of Civil Law to Article 24 of the Tort Liability Law to Article 1186 of the Civil Code, Article 1186 of the Civil Code replaces the expression “in accordance with the actual situation” with “in accordance with the provisions of the law”. Fair liability has gone through the legislative evolution from the general provisions to the resulting provisions. From the empirical analysis of the judicial application of fair liability, it can be seen that Article 1186 of the Civil Code is still facing the practical dilemma of judicial application. In the future, we should systematize and reconstruct the application rules of fair liability. Firstly, we should clarify the application conditions from the legislative purpose of Article 1186. The limited interpretation is adopted to clarify the main situations of Article 182 (emergency risk avoidance), Article 183 (voluntary felonfighting), Article 1190 (temporary loss of consciousness), Article 1192 (provision of labor service) and Article 1254 (throwing objects from high air) of the Civil Code, which are called “in accordance with the provisions of the law”. At the same time, we should also leave flexible interpretation space for the application rules of fair liability, so as to ease the judicial application of fair liability.

During the Ming and Qing dynasties, there were frequent exchanges between China and Ryukyu. As an official channel established by China, the Chinese envoys crossed the East China Sea dozens of times and exchanged with each other. The natural environment of the ChinaRyukyu sea route is complicated. And the travel of the envoys had not only the danger of piracy, but also the danger of rough seas and broken ships. In order to cope with the risks caused by the natural forces during the voyage, the Chinese envoys took preventive measures such as improving the performance of the boat, improving navigation techniques, selecting talents and storing emergency supplies. While ensuring the safety of the voyages, these preventive measures also had a positive impact on the shipbuilding, and navigation technology, culture, and agriculture of Ryukyu, and promoted the development of the vassal relationship between China and Ryukyu.

Based on the analysis of a series of data in the Yangtze River eonomic belt from 2006 to 2020, this paper uses Kaya model and the LMDI decomposition model to quantitatively analyze the energy carbon emission driving factors in the manufacturing industry of the Yangtze River economic belt. The results indicate that during the inspection period, the overall carbon emissions of the manufacturing industry in the Yangtze River economic belt showed a tortuous upward trend; there is a significant difference in carbon emissions from the manufacturing industry among 11 provinces and cities. The number of provinces and cities in low value and lower value areas shows a downward trend, while the number of provinces and cities in high value and high value areas shows an upward trend. Through the decomposition of driving factors, this paper finds that the economy of the manufacturing industry is the main driving factor for the increase of carbon emissions, and energy carbon density and the size of labor force play an important role in promoting the increase of it. And the main drive for carbon emission reduction is manufacturing energy consumption intensity. In response to the above research results, this paper puts forward some suggestions to the enterprises in manufacturing industry.

Based on the analysis of the impact mechanism of financial subsidies on business performance under different property rights, regions, industries and scales, this paper uses the panel data of Ashare listed companies from 2010 to 2021, and uses the threshold regression method to explore the threshold characteristics of financial subsidies and business performance under the heterogeneity characteristics and the quantitative relationship between variables. The results show that financial subsidies have a single threshold effect, and exceeding the threshold value can promote the improvement of business performance. From the analysis of heterogeneity characteristics, listed companies in economically developed regions and industries in line with the national industrial layout policy have a single threshold effect. The marginal efficiency of nonstateowned property enterprises is significantly higher than that of stateowned property enterprises, and the marginal effect of financial subsidies for larger enterprises decreases before and after the threshold value. On this basis, it is proposed to give full play to the scale effect of financial subsidies, narrow the difference of subsidy subjects, improve the financial subsidy policy, and strengthen the supervision of financial subsidy funds.

As a medium, creative products play an important role in the process of red culture dissemination, therefore, it is increasingly important to pay attention to the narrative experience of the products. Taking the red cultural elements of southern Anhui as the research object, we explore the feasibility and necessity of integrating narrative design into red cultural and creative products through a large amount of literature research and specific design practice, and propose a narrative design model for southern Anhui red cultural and creative products. From three perspectives of setting narrative themes, selecting formal elements and setting narrative contexts, the design ideas of southern Anhui red cultural and creative products are summarized, i.e. keeping in mind the cultural characteristics of southern Anhui, narrating with forms and setting contexts with character positioning. The narrative design method can make the South Anhui red cultural and creative products have more unique cultural characteristics and market advantages in the market competition, and is an effective way to promote the inheritance and development of South Anhui red culture.

Based on visual analysis of the metonymy research literature collected from the WOS and CNKI, the research status and trend of metonymy are investigated. Five major findings are obtained. Firstly, metonymy research has been developed deeply to some extent at home and abroad, but the influence of the domestic research output needs to be improved. Secondly, researchers who have few academic exchange and cooperation tend to conduct researches individually. Thirdly, research hotspots at home and abroad cover the noumenal research on metonymy, the relationships between metonymy and metaphor, and the application of metonymy to different language phenomena; but the hot topics explored by the scholars abroad are broader and diverse empirical research methodologies are employed. Fourthly, the evolutionary progress of research hot topics at home and abroad does not develop at the same pace. Lastly, research topics are broader abroad than that at home. All in all, there still exists much room for the further research of metonymy.

This paper has investigated a Chinese childrens acquisition of whword shei by casetracking method. The research results show: 1) children acquire the interrogative of whword shei earlier than noninterrogative, and the developing characteristics are as follows: interrogative(1;04)→existential(2;04)→ universal(2;06)→rhetorical(3;01); 2) children use the interrogative of whword shei more than noninterrogative, and the frequency is as follows: interrogative >universal>rhetorical>existentia; 3) the acquisition time and usage frequency of sheiexistential are contradictory, namely, it is earlier acquired but rarely used. While the case of sheiuniversalpair whword demonstrates the opposite tendency. It is acquired later but used more; 4) the position of shei in sentences developed from subject to object, then the attributive. Chinese childrens acquisition of shei is mostly shaped by language markedness, accessibility levels and task complexity.
