摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在梳理相关研究文献的基础上，对国内外学者关于企业亚文化的研究成果尤其是企业亚文化的内涵、分类的成果进行系统评述，阐述企业亚文化与一些重要相关变量之间的作用关系，并展望企业亚文化的未来研究。

关键词: 企业文化, 企业亚文化, 相关变量, 未来展望

Abstract: Based on the systematical views of relevant research papers of the domestic and foreign scholars on business subculture research, particularly in business subculture connotation and classification, the relationship of enterprises subculture and some important related variables is described. At last, prospects for future research of enterprises subculture are made.
