摘要： 对144个农村社区的1364名农村居民进行问卷调查，结果显示，农村社区管理评估可以从日常服务有效性、管理程序规范性、社区风尚宜人性和管理素质亲和性四个维度来进行。农村社区的日常服务有效性和社区风尚宜人性对居民的安全感有显著影响，管理程序规范性和社区风尚宜人性对居民的幸福感有显著作用。

Abstract: Data were gathered from 1364 local farmers in 144 rural communities and the results show that rural community management in China are evaluated from 4 dimensions: validity of daily services, standard of management procedure, atmosphere of community and approachability of managers. Sense of security of residents is affected significantly by validity of daily services and atmosphere of community. Subjective well-being of those local farmers is affected by standard of management procedure and atmosphere of community.
