摘要： 在当代饮食文学创作中，中国大陆涌现了众多饮食文学作家，表现出各异的创作风格。其中作品多而质优的殳俏成为当代大陆饮食文学代表女作家，形成了自己独特的创作风格。其作品的主要特性表现为独立平等精神、日常生活化写作与知识阅历化三方面。作为当代大陆一直致力于饮食文学创作的女作家，殳俏其人其作品都是饮食文学中不可缺少的重要部分，有待更加深入的研究。

Abstract: In the creation of contemporary diet literature, the Chinese mainland has emerged a number of diet literature writers, showing a different style of writing. The works and high quality of Shu Qiao make her a contemporary, diet literature representative female writer with her own unique artistic style. The main features are shown in three aspects: independent and equal spirit, daily life writing and knowledge experience. As a contemporary representative female writer of diet literature in mainland China, Shu Qiao herself and her works are an important part of the diet literature, which deserves us to make deeper research.
