摘要： 专业学位硕士研究生应国家对工程技术人员的社会需求而设置，目标是培养具备工程实践能力，能够解决工程实际问题的高级工程技术人才。剖析目前专业学位研究生教育现状和存在的问题，从教学方式、教学内容、导师培训、学位论文、实践环节等方面寻找改革新途径，为培养符合社会需求的高级专门人才而全面推进专业学位研究生培养体系改革。

Abstract: In order to meet the social demand for engineering and technical personnel, professional degree master was set. Its aim is to cultivate talents, who have abilities of engineering practice, and can solve the problems in the engineering practice. The current situation and existing problems of professional degree graduate education were analyzed. Based on analyses of the teaching mode, teaching content, teacher training, degree thesis and practice explore, new ways to new breakthrough were found, and new ideas were suggested. These may be useful to promote the educational system to cultivate professional degree master.
