摘要: 介绍工程项目发包方和承包方在技术、资金、人力和管理方面的主要特点,分析双方确立合作关系过程中可以选择的招标形式。以具体的事例详细阐述双方在项目全寿命周期内可能发生的冲突事件,并对所列冲突事件进行分类,结果表明冲突事件依据不同分类标准会呈现不同的分类结果,据此提出冲突事件的管理途径。

Abstract: The characteristic of project owner and contractor on technology, finance, talents and management is introduced. Then, the bid form in which the owner and contractor can establish partnership is discussed. The conflict events, performed by owner and contractor as concrete cases, are elaborated in detail. The focus is that the common conflict events are classified in contribution factor, essential attributes, or other standards. The results show that the classification result is varied by classification criterion obviously. The conflict management approach is proposed, which is sensible for PM. The achievement which comprehensively reflexes the features, origin, classification, and management of conflict, can be a guide for conflict perception and management.
