Abstract: The theme of the thesis is the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry of Fujian. A systematically analytic framework is developed, which is based on the factordriven empirical analysis. Then qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination methods are used to apply such classical and modern methods of econometric as the multiple regression and statistical analysis of history to fully analyze the main factors such as labor, capital, technical elements and policies in depth. Not only the single and combined impact of these factors is analyzed, but also the mechanism of them is studied. The important practical significance lies in providing scientific basis and decision making reference for working out corresponding policies and measures.
