摘要/Abstract

摘要： 长江经济带与“一带一路”实现高质量交通互联互通，既是长江经济带自身发展的内在驱动力，也是国家两大顶层战略设计同步协调推进的要求。阐述长江经济带与“一带一路”交通互联互通的战略价值，梳理长江经济带与“一带一路”交通互联互通现状及障碍。在此基础上，提出长江经济带与“一带一路”交通互联互通推进策略，通过强基础、补短板和发展新通道等方式，促进长江经济带与“一带一路”实现全方位的高质量交通互联互通。

关键词: 长江经济带, “一带一路”, 互联互通, 交通发展

Abstract: The realization of transportation connectivity between the Yangtze River economic belt and “belt and road” is not only the driving force inherent in the development of the Yangtze River economic belt， but also the requirement for the simultaneous and coordinated promotion of the two toplevel strategies. The paper expounds the strategic value of interconnection between the Yangtze River economic belt and “belt and road”， sorts out the current status and obstacles of transportation interconnection between the Yangtze River economic belt and “belt and road”， and proposes a strategy to promote the interconnection between them. By strengthening the foundation， making up for shortcomings， and developing new channels， the Yangtze River economy and “belt and road” are expected to achieve allround highquality interconnection.
