Abstract: In the new era, with the development of social economy, more and more female writers have expressed characteristics in their diet literature writing quite different from male writers. They choose to record the historical anecdotes, the past happy time, the double combination of identity and kitchen identity. At the same time, the diet literature also has the positive social significance.

摘要: 新时期以来,随着社会经济的发展,越来越多的女性作家以饮食文学为题材。她们的饮食文学写作与男性作家的饮食文学写作表现出了不同特点:她们选择私人视角记述美食制作与其制作背后的历史轶事、往日欢乐时光;书房身份与厨房身份的双重结合,赋予作品香味与书香气;柔性叙事的运用让读者很快进入这些富有学识的女作家所营造的美食意境中。同时,这些饮食文学作品还具有积极的社会意义。
