Abstract: For the contradiction of disjunction between the social needs and the talents training of colleges and universities, its necessary to explore a new mode guided by the social needs of talents training. In order to promote the construction ability, Chongqing Jiaotong University environmental science specialty found out the key problems of talents training through the analysis of the survey, and some corresponding reforms for the cultivation scheme were developed. A new model “6.5 + 1.5” was cultivated. The remarkable achievements in specialty construction were achieved after many years of practice and reform.

摘要: 针对目前高校人才培养与社会实际需求脱节的矛盾,有必要探索以社会需求为导向的人才培养新模式。为了提升专业建设能力,本文通过调研分析,找出了制约重庆交通大学环境科学专业人才培养的关键问题,有针对性改革培养方案,率先尝试“6.5+1.5”的培养新模式。经过多年实践,人才培养成果显著。
