Abstract: To improve longterm economic downturn, the Japanese government promotes “Abe womens economics” actively. After the implementation of the policy, there has indeed been an upward trend in the employment rate of women, but at the same time, a series of conflicts and problems, such as the problem of nurseries and the working poverty of women, persist for a long time. On the one hand, Japanese society is in urgent need of women to take part in social work in the workplace. On the other hand, Japanese women are indignant at their families. How to improve the current predicament of womens existence in the institutional, cultural and ideological level is an important issue that Japanese society is bound to face.
