摘要/Abstract

摘要： 中国发展模式呈现出独具特色的城市企业主义。梳理西方城市企业主义的内涵，从兴起土壤、制度保障、动力机制分析城市企业主义的中国范式，认为其表现形式是高效运作、政社合作和企业家精神，城市企业主义在促进经济发展和公私合作、重构城市空间的同时，可能带来民生责任弱化、公共资源浪费等问题。未来应以更广阔的理论视野明确城市企业主义的适用范围。践行城市企业主义，应处理好效率与公平、发展与民生、风险与稳定等关系。

Abstract: Chinas development model presents unique urban entrepreneurialism. By combing the connotation of western urban entrepreneurialism， the paper analyzes the Chinese paradigm of urban entrepreneurialism from the rising soil， institutional guarantee and motivation mechanism. It is believed that its manifestations are efficient operation， politicalcommunity cooperation， and entrepreneurial spirit. While urban entrepreneurialism promotes economic development and publicprivate cooperation and reconstructs urban space， it may bring about problems such as weakening of peoples livelihood responsibility and waste of public resources. In the future， we should use a broader theoretical perspective to clarify the scope of application of urban entrepreneurialism. We should handle the relationship between efficiency and fairness， development and peoples livelihood， risk and stability to practice urban entrepreneurialism.
