With the rapid expansion and popularization of network and terminal technologies， the Cyberspace gradually plays a more important role in peoples lives. While the network has brought tremendous convenience to peoples production and life， it has also become a new battlefield where the ideological confrontation is becoming increasingly fierce. It can be seen that network ideology is an extremely important task， and constantly deepening the understanding of the regularity of network ideology is a major issue in the new era. Using CiteSpace visual mapping software to analyze the research literature of network ideology in the new era is helpful for grasping the current discussion and understanding the key issues about network ideology in academic circles， which is conducive to the further development of network ideology construction.

In order to enhance the vitality of rural tourism development in Lipu， taking the service area of Yangshuo to Lipu highway in Guangxi， the experiential agricultural landscape was created by way of the tourists participation in agricultural production and technology， rural ecological habitation and agricultural learning and research. Based on the theoretical basis that the geographical attribute of the provincial boundary contributes to the humanistic foundation of regional cooperation， this paper analyzes the concrete content of the humanistic constraint of regional cooperation in the interprovincial boundary zone from the two aspects of cultural constraint and social capital shortage. Taking Tongren Fenghuang Airport cobuilt by Hunan and Guizhou provinces， how the human factors affect the regional cooperation in the border zone between provinces is analyzed. The case enlightens us that the cultural factors can influence regional cooperation，by changing perceptions， and by eliminating human constraints， turning human resistance into human motivation and enhancing the role of the existing human forces， we can reach a regional cooperation agreement and solve the public problems of the interprovincial boundary region. From strengthening the provincial boundary infrastructure， social capital and regional cultural construction， the paper puts forward some measures to break the obstacles of the cultural constraints of regional cooperation in the interprovincial boundary zone.

Enterprise innovation is an organic combination of employee innovation， and mobilizing employees creativity is very important for the development of enterprises. This paper adopts the bibliometric method， analyzes 694 domestic and foreign literates and summarizes the research status and trend of employee innovative behavior. It is shown in the analysis that with the number of foreign publications increasing year by year， the number of domestic publications is decreasing. Although the trend of research both at home and abroad has been consistent in terms of the research direction， there still exists the problem that the research results are deviated from the actual needs of enterprises. Through the textual research of the literature， this paper clarifies some misunderstandings about this tune “Being Intoxicated in the East Wind” in the existing literature and makes it clear that the Tune is not inherited from Song Poetry， but one of the original tunes of Yuan Arias. It should be created in the early Yuan Dynasty. It is used in both traditional Operas and Arias in the Yuan， Ming and Qing dynasties， and the works using this tune occupy a certain amount. All the famous authors in the early Yuan Dynasty had related works. According to the authors life time， style of writing and the stylistic features of their works， it is inferred that Hu Diyu rather than Guan Hanqing is supposed to be the composer and one of Hus untitled works which depicted two fishermen is the initial composition of this tune.

During the WWⅡ， most of the literati in Japan wrote literary works from the standpoint of the country， while the internationalist fighter Hasegawa Teru had a strong resistance against the Fascist war and Japans wartime national policy. She didnt hesitate to travel far to China， and she observed the world from the standpoint of all mankind， transcending her nationality. Hasegawa Teru lived in China for a long time， witnessed the war of aggression against China， and left a lot of war memories in her writings. At the same time， her literary writings about Shanghai， one of Chinas semicolonies， and about her experiences in China， also provide detailed supports to find out the relations between China and Japan during the war time. So far， studies on the literary works of Hasegawa Teru are insufficient.
