Remnant problems of antiJapanese war between China and Japan are an important factor of affecting SinoJapan relationship. Between the foundation of Peoples Republic of China and the normalization of diplomatic relationships between China and Japan， the Communist Party of China actively carried out solving remnant problems of antiJapanese war， including the return of overseas Chinese from Japan， reform and lenient disposal of Japanese war criminals and posing war reparations against Japan， which promoted the recovery and development of SinoJapan relationships.This stage gained extensive experiences， including insisting on “two distinctions” and strife for understanding and support of Japanese people， focusing on the overall development of China and Japan and complying with international laws.These experiences had some revelations to settle further remnant problems of antiJapanese war and develop SinoJapan ties in the new era.

As a common form in todays society, daily rental housing should be included in the scope of public security management. From the perspective of the current situation of the public security management system of daily rental housing, the existing system is mainly documents of nonlegal nature, failing to make clear provisions on the public security management of daily rental housing. And there are problems such as scattered and disorderly institutional content, low institutional level and imperfect institutional system, which lead to certain institutional obstacles in the public security management of daily rental housing. Therefore, we can further improve the system design of the daily rental housing security management in the aspects of building a systematic system and clarifying the management content, so as to improve the legalization level of the daily rental housing security management.

Substantial justice requires the legitimacy of the judgment, and the academic circle hopes to complete the legitimacy argument through the interest measurement. Traditional interest measurement tends to construct formal reasoning methods in the field of value judgments, which are accompanied by inconsistent contradictions, including the dilemma of interest stratification, the dilemma of interest ranking, and the dilemma of value standard influence. The improvement of interest measurement requires the reshaping of specific methods: the use of ethical methods to construct acceptability standards， the use of discussion theory and argumentation rules to construct procedural rules， the use of informal argumentation as a logical guarantee to verify conclusions. The improved interest measurement can guarantee the legitimacy of the conclusion from two aspects: reasoning and argumentation.

Major railway projects cost huge sum of money, long construction cycle and wide social influence, which are of great significance to the study of the social stability risk evolution mechanism. Based on the characteristics of social stability risk of major railway projects, we investigated several typical social stability risk events of major railway projects in China, built a risk evolution analysis framework using social combustion theory, revealed the generation and evolution mechanism of social stability risk of major railway projects, and finally proposed preventive measures from government prevention, credibility and public relations force.

“Belt and road” initiative make land and sea coordination. The maritime silk road and the ChinaPakistanIranTurkey international corridor (CPITIC) come from sea and land respectively. The ChinaSingaporeEgyptGreece international corridor, which is of high quality as a representative passage picked up from the maritime silk road corridors, in the strategic value, is qualified and quantified from Chinas perspective in the five dimensions: the powersharing value, the geopolitical value, the economic value, the cultural value and the military value. Their comparative advantage is refined to realize the complementary advantages and integration and to better promote the coordinating strategy of Chinas land and sea.

Taking city subway project, the theory of toughness subway operation system is introduced. Through literature research method, with accident causes around the subway in China over the years, the main factors influencing the toughness subway operation system are analyzed. Evaluation index system of subway operation toughness is constructed, using Shapley value method to determine index weight at all levels in the index system, combined with the theory of extension cloud. The metro operation system toughness evaluation model is constructed to evaluate the metro operation system toughness, which is taken as the theoretical basis for the safety management of the metro operation system, so as to improve the system toughness and ensure the safe and orderly development of the normal operation.

Wulong， under the jurisdiction of Chongqing， is rich in tourism resources. Wulong karst tourism area is a national 5A tourist attraction and the first world natural heritage in Chongqing. Wulong has been selected as one of the first national allarea tourism demonstration zones in 2019， with huge tourism development potential.With the advent of the era of mass tourism， Wulong urgently needs to develop the tourism track to improve its competitiveness. In this paper， the urban layout， traffic development， resource distribution and other conditions of Wulong were sorted out. Combined with the tourism development trend of Wulong in recent years， the tourist flow of Wulong was predicted. Based on the forecast results of passenger flow， the layout plan of tourist line network was proposed， which provided reference for the layout of tourist line network of other cities.

The contemporary British writer A.S.Byatt is deeply obsessed with fairy tale and its narrative art. This paper, through the closereading and analysis of her two novels, a fairy tale collection, literary criticism and essays, explores the connection between her fairy tale complex and literary creation, and her unique fairy tale narrative art presented in the postmodern context. Byatt employs embedded fairy tales elements and rewritten texts in the novel with fairy tale narrative and the narrative of the novel corresponding and interacting with each other. The elaborate weaving of the fairy tale narrative is the inheritance and revision of the classics and tradition, and also shows its postmodern selfreflexitivity and infinite creativity.

In the symbolistic poetics of the silver age in Russia, the “eternal woman” is an eternal, mysterious, and loving image. Unlike any earthly face, she exists only in premonition and hope, and is the “queen of heaven” and the patron of sinners. However, Remizov broke through the traditional concept of “eternal woman” and introduced “eternal woman” into the earthly reality. Belarusian female writer S. A. Alexievich focuses her writing on the victims of war, nuclear explosion and social changes. She inherits the tradition of Russian suffering literature with her oral documentary literature, and shows peoples emotional trauma experience from traumatic historical events. This paper introduces the literary value of Alexievichs works from the innovative documentary literature genre, writing techniques, traumatic narrative methods and narrative art, which reflects that her works witness the minor history from major history, reproduce the humanistic feelings with emotional trauma writing, and reveal the shocking historical truth on the basis of inheriting the Russian literary tradition. Alexievichs works also show the historical truth of shocking to realize multiple dialogue and emotional resonance, and bring national memory into historical reflection and endows documentary literature with realistic significance.

Translation subjectivity has been the focus in the field of translation studies and its research used to focus on the truthseeking of cognition subject and ignored the goodnessseeking of value subject. It is necessary to reflect and criticize the value default of cognition subject, to link cognition subject with value subject and to seek the harmony of truth, goodness and beauty. Value subject has priority over cognition value in the idea of translation subjectivity and views itself as truthseeking subject, goodnessseeking subject and beautyseeking subject. This idea of value subject will inevitably outperform the instrumental rationality of cognition subject and move toward value rationality. This contributes to removing the concealing of instrumental rationality and constructing the translation spirit of “truth, goodness and beautyseeking”.

Traditional studies believe interjections are purely emotional words, which contain emotional meaning or express the current mental state of the speaker. Conceptual theorists, based on NSM theory, hold that interjections are of indexicality and conventionality, and can convey conceptual content and contain conceptual meaning. Relevance theorists, based on relevance theory, believe that interjections contain procedural meaning, they can construct higherlevel explicature and can also activate propositional attitude or attitude description. Crosslanguage studies, especially those on polysynthetic languages, show that interjections also contain cultural meaning. Understanding the meanings of interjections is helpful for a deeper understanding of this linguistic phenomenon.

Based on foreign medias “China 618 Shopping Festival” reports, the paper conducts a critical discourse analysis from spatialtemporalaxiological perspective in proximization theory and explores the implied meaning of the foreign media via proximation strategy, so as to reveal foreign medias attitude towards the changes of Chinese youths enthusiasm for online shopping of ChinaChic products. It is found that foreign media often use spatial and temporal proximization strategies in their reports, which highlight their feelings of being threatened by the emerging Chinese brands, especially by the frequent new collaboration of social apps and ecommerce platforms in promoting sales. From the axiological aspect, the reports convey disapproval of the promotion strategies.
